Vitamin C smoothie
This vitamin-rich smoothie provides plenty of vitamin C, which has anti-inflammatory and skin-repairing properties.
Ingredients:
½ peeled and chopped pineapple
Juice of 1 grapefruit
½ tsp ground turmeric
1 teaspoon coconut oil
4 heaped tsp coconut cream
500 ml of water
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in the blender and puree until smooth and creamy, then serve the smoothie immediately.
